Can I reject my Mercedes-Benz which has an ongoing fault?

I purchased my Mercedes-Benz when 18 months old from a Mercedes dealership in August 2007. Despite repeated attempts they have not, to date, been able to fix a problem under terms of warranty. Can I legally reject and return this flawed vehicle and demand a refund or a replacement vehicle, even if they again assert that they have now fixed it?
