I purchased a new Skoda Fabia from a main dealer on about 14 months ago. The radio has now developed an intermittent fault and does not turn on sometimes. I also loose my Bluetooth phone connection. The dealership have take the car back five times, but the fault is still there.

I would like some advice on what I can do about achieving a permanent solution to this problem. I asked about getting a replacement vehicle but they only made me an offer of buying the vehicle back at book value which I found unacceptable.
