Can I reject a car over a faulty radio?
I purchased a new Skoda Fabia from a main dealer on about 14 months ago. The radio has now developed an intermittent fault and does not turn on sometimes. I also loose my Bluetooth phone connection. The dealership have take the car back five times, but the fault is still there.
I would like some advice on what I can do about achieving a permanent solution to this problem. I asked about getting a replacement vehicle but they only made me an offer of buying the vehicle back at book value which I found unacceptable.

Familiar territory. The much vaunted new system had some teething troubles. If they can't fix it, then their offer may be the best you can legally get. But the price must be 'market' value, not 'trade book'.
