Ford Mondeo - self-levelling suspension or sports suspension?

I am buying a new Ford Mondeo diesel estate. The dealer is offering self-levelling suspension or sports suspension as options. What is the difference and wich should I choose?

Go for self levelling. You don't want rock hard sports suspension.
