Bought a used car that was misdescribed
I recently bought a used Volvo. During the test drive, the salesman described the car as having adaptive cruise control and rear collision mitigation. It now transpires that it has neither. What are my rights, if any?

If you bought the car on the basis of the salesman's description you can reject it for a full cash refund: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
