Buying an electric car - can I have the battery tested?
I want to buy a second hand Nissan Leaf. Do you know of companies that can do a professional test of its battery and issue a report on its condition?

Good question. Here's one thread on the topic: speakev.com/threads/if-you-buy-a-used-ev-how-do-yo.../ There is a standard 48 month battery check. It's far better to buy a Leaf with the Gen 2 battery. You can get a leaf battery tested at a Nissan dealer which, of course, you will have to pay for. You can lease the battery rather than buy it.
