Can we reject our Honda HR-V over a driveshaft problem?

Our new Honda HR-V is only six weeks old and has been into the garage three times since we got it. We noticed a vibration and the dealer says the problem is down to the driveshaft not being balanced properly. Can we reject it for a new car?

If the fault preceded your purchase of the car you can reject it for that reason.
