Is my 2011 SEAT Ibiza Cupra worth more because it has a new engine?
My 2011 SEAT Ibiza Cupra's engine has failed just before I was due to start looking for a new car. The CAVE engine failure I understand to be very common across the SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen line of 1.4TSI Turbo/Supercharged range of that time. I am having a new engine fitted by a local SEAT dealer. Can I expect to get more when it comes to selling my car, considering that it has a zero mile engine?

Definitely. But the problem will be finding someone actually prepared to buy a car with this well-known engine problem that they will think could happen with the new engine. If someone desperately wants a Twincharger then £1000 more.
