How reliable is the Kia Picanto?

My daughter is interested in buying a Kia Picanto (2006 plate). It's got 46,000 miles on the clock and 11 months left on the MoT. Would you recommend buying this car?

They have been quite reliable but if this one has not had a replacement timing belt and waterpump it needs one: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/kia/picanto-2004/?se.../
