What small cars have a high seating position?

I currently have a 2.0-litre Mazda MX5. I need car with high driving position (against headlight glare), but a small car that's fun and comfortable. What do you suggest?

New Suzuki Ignis, KIA Venga, Hyundai ix20, Ford B-Max. Or smaller and a few years old, a Suzuki Splash or a Vauxhall Agila.

Good range of efficient chain cam engines. Cheap to run. Good visibility. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of rear passenger and boot space. Attractively facelifted for 2016 model year with newer engines and transmissions.

Ford B-MAX (2012 - 2017)

Sliding side doors and no central pillar mean unimpeded access. Five star Euro NCAP rating. Engines include 1.0 litre three-cylinder EcoBoost petrol. Decent drive.
