Can I get a refund for a diagnostic check that was charged under warranty?
My Peugeot 208 developed a fault with the electric window so took it to the dealer. They say it needs a repair and it's covered under warranty but they've made me pay £114 for the diagnostic check. That's not detailed in my warranty book as an exclusion/payable charge. Am I entitled to a refund?

Tell the supplying dealer that if he does not refund this ridiculous £114 for a diagnostic test to establish something obvious even to an idiot you will sue for its return in the small claims track of the county court. If this dealer was not the supplying dealer you can't do that.
