Should I buy a low mileage 2009 Volkswagen Golf 1.4?

I've been offered a 2009 automatic Volkswagen Golf 1.4 TSi that has done 20,000 miles. The asking price is £4500 from my local garage. I wondered if you think it's a good buy?
