We want a petrol automatic and decent acceleration - is the Audi Q2 or SEAT Ateca better?

The Audi Q2 1.4 TSI 150 is more sporty and carries more status. The Ateca 1.4 TSI 150 is taller, perhaps more comfortable, and more commodious. They are both surprisingly quick with 0-60mph times under 8.5 seconds.
