With all the talk about scrapping old diesels - what exactly is considered an 'old' diesel?
There's a lot of talk in the press of scrapping old diesel cars. What constitutes old? Can we put dates or is it defined by emissions?

Pre-EU4 which came in from January 2006, but many 2005 cars were EU4 in preparation for EU4.
