How can I wire in aftermarket foglights to my Peugeot 406?

I purchased front fog lights and a stalk with the foglight setting on it for my Peugeot 406. I've fitted them all but have no power. All the wires were already there, I just plugged them in. I've been told I might need a relay to power them but am not sure where to find the relay or which relay to buy. On the driver's foglight there was another spare wire with three pins in it. Does this need connecting and if so what to?

To complete this type of work you would normally require a wiring diagram. Unfortunately we do not hold this type of info, so would suggest that your aquire a CCT diagram for your car - in this way you can identify all CCTs and rectify the problem.
