Which country in the world is the cheapest place to buy a car?

I live in Tokyo right now and I think I will be living in the UK for a period of time as well as living in Tokyo. Im still 15 and I probably won't have £10,000 pounds when I'm 17, but I was always curious about, if I am extremely successful in my career and if I had about £200,000 pounds to spend, then which country in the world would be best to buy a car without having to spend so much money? I know it depends, especially if you're in Britain and you are planning to get a Japanese car, because it would be more expensive than buying a Japanese car in Japan and the same goes for buying an Aston Martin or a Jaguar in Japan. I am a serious petrolhead and I might have a disorder in terms of the number of cars I would like to buy. Im sorry if I am sounding very 'cocky' and the fact that I don't speak the best English at all but please offer me your advice!

Many thanks for that. I'm pleased that the videos actually stream in Tokyo. They don't in Thailand, probably because of the very low internet speeds in Thailand. The UK is currently the cheapest place in Europe for a foreigner to buy a car because Sterling is at a low. But to max a supercar you would have to take it to Germany where there are still some stretches of unrestricted autobahn, and, of course, the Nurburgring Nordeschleif.
