What's the best solution for providing live traffic news?
I find the RDS traffic updates through my car radio frequently 'behind the times', leading to being stuck in jams when I would prefer not to be. I am aware of the TrafficMaster QBusta but this looks to be a mess of boxes and wires, plus potential holes in my dash. As I want to hear automatic verbal updates, is it best to use a traffic app via a smartphone or go for a relevant satellite navigation?

I reckon it's best to simply listen to BBC Radio 2 traffic reports. All the automated information can be hours out of date.
