My Citroen Saxo won't start after I tried to change a fuse - help!

My 2002 Citroen Saxo's electric windows stopped working last night, so I changed the fuse and it's still not working. I messed about with the fuses under my dash and now I can't even get the car to start. Please help.

Don't you have a driver's handbook for the car? This should show what fuses deal with differing circuits.
