Should I be able to get a discount on a used Volvo V70?

I'm looking at buying my first used car as an adult. I have visited a couple of dealers, but no one is offering a discount. Am I doing something wrong or should I be able to get some money off? I'm looking for a Volvo V70 D3/D4 Auto at about £10,000?

Depends where you go and how timid you are. At some places such as CarGiant the prices are rock bottom and are usually non negotiable. At Volvo dealers prices are higher but are always negotiable, so if they won't negotiate, be prepared to walk out.
