I bought a car from a trader which has suffered a number of problems. What are my rights?
I bought my car less than six months ago and was told there was no problem with it. They even serviced it for me prior to me taking it away. I believe that the fault was already there and I have just made it worse by driving it. Have I any recompense against the seller (trader not private)?
