Can I add a sunroof to a Toyota Prius?

I'm thinking of buying a 3-4 old Toyota Prius for its economy and general good reliability, but I'd like a sunroof. Can this be added? I cannot afford the latest model, which I believe can be ordered with one.

I would not mess about with the structure of a modern car at all.
