Is there a high performance GT-style car supplied with a full-size spare wheel?
Is there such a thing as a GT car (e.g Jag XK, BMW 6 Series) with a full-sized spare wheel sold today? I do not feel comfortable with runflat tyres and spacesavers.

I don't know of any. Often they have different size front and rear wheels and tyres anyway, so a full size spare would not match both ends.
