Why must I physically lift my Toyota Hilux's clutch pedal?

My 2005 Toyota Hilux's clutch pedal seems to go down on its own with little assistance and needs my foot under it to bring it back up. This is happening more frequently since it started two days ago. Any suggestions?

An air leak into the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder.
