Which car seats would I need to fit three children (four years old, two years old, newborn) across the back of a new BMW 5 Series Touring?

Maybe this triple and quadruple child seat, which is intended to safely carry three or four children across a standard back seat, but I don't know for sure. Expensive, at £1299, and may need additional fittings. www.multimac.co.uk

I've got a third child on the way (the first 2 will be 2 and 4 years old by the time the third arrives) but I really don't want to sell my 2013 BMW 5 Series Touring 2.0. Can I safely fit three child seats...
My daughter and son-in-law require a nearly new vehicle to accommodate a medium-size dog and a baby. They are badge conscious and have about £20,000 - £30,000 to spend. What would you recommend?
My daughter and son-in-law are looking for a medium-sized, family hatchback, SUV or Estate. It needs to take three child seats in the middle row. Sadly, a big Land Rover will not fit in their street.
