Can you recommend any products that will bring back the 'new leather' smell to my car?

You could start by giving the leather a gentle clean with a soft, damp cloth. There are lots of leather cleaners and restorers on the market - we've always found Renovo to be good, but Dodo Juice, Turtle Wax, Farecla and Gliptone all make similar items. Of course, you could just buy a leather-scented air freshener such as liquid leather.
