However, before it gets chucked out, it offers an opportunity to make a comment which may be of interest to members of the forum who have offspring at university.

It must be a huge temptation for students, many of whom are under great pressure, to cut corners when it comes to submitting essays.

If they do succumb to temptation and buy essays from the sorts of people advertising in the OP, they run a colossal risk. First, they must know that they have to sign a declaration that the work submitted is entirely their own and that no plagiarism is involved. Secondly, they need to know that academic staff are good at spotting work which is fake and that there also computer programs that can analyse text and rapidly show suspicious aspects of it.

Thirdly, they need to know that the penalties are draconian; the likely first stage is that the student concerned will be interviewed about the suspect essay and will be asked to explain and elaborate anything they have supposedly written; if they didn't write it they will be humiliated. The next stages will involve further interviews and punishment which may well involve failing the module concerned, failing the whole course, or even expulsion from the university and being black-listed.

It's really not worth it. If a student is struggling, even slightly, they must get help and involve the teaching staff and other support staff at an early stage, before the problem becomes unmanageable.

So you know where I'm coming from, I am a PGR (= Post-Graduate Research) student (think PhD) at London University and have been involved with undergraduate student mentoring. Universities take plagiarism very seriously; there is possible government action in the offing to close down essay factories, but I imagine there's little that can be done if they are outside the UK.
