Ford 2002 to 2008 Fiesta Mk6 - Radio code for Ford CD 6000 - Reachup4theSunrise

Please would somebody help me with the radio code for my Ford CD 6000 which has a serial number v125763?

I replaced the aux socket and as I had to disconnect the fuse it lost power and it's got really grumpy. Thanks!

The S/N V125763 should have the code

5025.

Thank you I think my post actually appeared twice because they don't seem to appear immediately because I guess they are moderated. So if I didn't thank you before as it is slightly confusing having to post up at the same time I apologise and wish to say thank you now.

I found an app on my Android phone called Ford radio codes which gives the code immediately which I thought it would be worth sharing on this forum. Cheers.

I doubt if the delay in your initial post appearing has anything to do with moderation.

Yes, there are various ways of obtaining Ford radio codes, but some of us here have our own generators. Websites offering free decoding seem to come and go.

In the market for a used car that’s less than $10k and under 100k miles. Looking to drive it til it’s dead and ideally that’ll be beyond 200k miles.

These are the current make/models on my short list: Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Toyota Avalon, Chevy Impala, Ford Taurus, Honda Civic.

What are your thoughts on my list? Any other make/models you guys think I should look into?

My thoughts are that you have posted in the wrong part of the forum (it's not Technical) and in the wrong thread (it's nothing to do with radio codes).

And probably in the wrong country. This is the UK. We don't see many Chevy Impalas, or Ford Tauruses. Nor dollars.
