Keefy has been trying to use the Forum to expose a scam but he should have mentioned no names.
Here is is posting with all names redacted:

Or any scenario where:
1. Car is advertised on Autotrader, Ebay Cars etc
2. The price seems to be to good to be true.
3. The seller has taken a job abroad and is therefore selling a car cheaply, and via a third party agency/courier company//broker.
4. The sales agency will deliver the car on receipt of a payment which they will hold in escrow for the seller.
5. The web site or emails use text such as this:
