2005 Honda CRV 2.0 petrol - Engine rattle - APV

I am considering buying a CRV 2.0 petrol CRV auto, 2005 model, 83k . It is a one female owner FSH car (first 4 stamps Honda, remainder indie) in very nice overall condition.

Only one thing bothered me: the engine seemed to be making rather a loud tappetty noise.

Any thoughts?
