I'm helping a relative look for a newer car and one of their main requirements is to have a torque converter automatic.
Taking the following into account what cars should be considered.:-
Budget: £8,000
Age: Up to 3 years old
Size: Nissan Note/Ford Focus Size
Engine Size 1.6
Thanks

The old Note was 4-speed torque converter auto. The new one is CVT. The old KIA Venga and Hyundai ix20 were also 4-speed torque converter auto but are now 6-speed DCT. The old Mazda 2 and Mazda 3 were 4-speed torque converter auto; the current models are 6-speed torque converter. Vauxhall Merivas and Astras and Corsa 1.4s are torque converter.
