If you want to raise an issue over a problem with a car, email it to: letters@honestjohn.co.uk as succinctly as you can and I'll include it in the goof/bad section of the carbycar database. I cannot do this with items raised in discussion in The Backroom because they are legally unattributable. Discuss them as much as you like here, but if you want them databanked so you have undeniable evidence of previous instances of the same fault, you have to send them to letters@honestjohn.co.uk / They may get picked up from Ask because postings there are also attributable, but I don't answer every one so they could get missed.
