Paint scratches - best remedy?

Paint scratches - best remedy? - oopnorth
I've got a jagged three-inch long scratch down a door - it's not too deep but needs sorting. The colour - for what it's worth - is dark blue metallic. Any advice on how to restore it appreciated... I'd obviously prefer to DIY. Thanks.
