Discovery Tyres - Andrew Brazier
Can I fit 235/70R16 tyres on the steel rims of my 1997 300TDi ?

If the rims are 7" then you will be ok. You may have to adjust the steering lock bolts a little to stop the tyres hitting the suspension arms.
