Replacing centre lap belt with 3-point

Replacing centre lap belt with 3-point - NedKelly
Anyone know if it's possible to replace a centre seat lapbelt with a 3-point inertia reel in the middle row of a Mazda MPV?
Would an independant company do it or is it DIY?

Any help appreciated.
