Where did my thread go? - cheddar
Hello Mods,

I started a thread earlier today questioning HJ over comments he made in Saturday's DT, subject; Audi styling. I noticed that it appeared twice initially though has now isappeared altogether?

Well let's stick the jump leads on and re-start Cheddar's thread. I didn't delete Cheddar's post. A reader with £12k - £15k asked which car to buy for image. The (edited) reply that appeard was: "For status, a Mercedes C Class or BMW 3-Series. For style, an Audi A4." But what I actually wrote before the subs messed it up was "For status, a Mercedes C Class or BMW 3-Series. For class, an Audi A4." That stands up. The original Y2k A4 B6 (which is all the reader could afford) is a really clean and classy shape compared to the C Class and the overtly fussy E46 3-Series.
