pd-5 fuel additive

pd-5 fuel additive - mano
i recently bought a 2001 audi a4 2.0se,a friend of mine gave me a 250ml bottle of pd-5 to add to the fuel.
just wondered if anybody had used this and if it really makes a difference. thanks
