As title, this is knackered plus a rear bumpstop.
Is it dangerous to drive the car the car like that??

Bent, twisted, worn at a bolt hole...
Bump stops - not a problem unless you drive five up over a hump-back bridge at 60mph. My Alfa has had one off and one missing for years.

Your title usually means a bent wishbone,in which case do not use it,geometry of vehicle will be well and truly out making it dangerous
