Zafira 1.8 petrol EGR valve - Honestjohn
"fuad Ahmad" in Brunai has bought a replacement but the local workshop does not know where on the engine the valve is located. Please could someone e-mail him with the information.

no idea whom or how to email fuad Ahmad but according to my book an egr was only fitted up to 2000 (on the 1800) and its just behind the dipstick on the side of the block

But if he visits the following website;

www.m1gst.com/vb/showthread.php?t=47924

and looks in the section, Engine Bay/Transmission

and then scrolls down until he finds 'How-To'..... Remove/Replace the EGR Valve (X18XE1)

That *should* help him.

Although it's refering to an Astra engine, more than likely it'll be the same engine in the Zafira.
