A2/M25 / A282 Junction - Doc

Travelling on the A2 towards the M25, I saw a big sign today displaying that the new slip-road overpass will be open to traffic this Tuesday (18th Dec).
It didn't mention what time it will open.
This should ease the queues on the A2.
