Audible at low speeds from startup - an irregular, heavy-sounding clunk, from the front end - suspension? Not speed or lock related, by the sound. Some sort of bush? It's been doing it for a while, BTW.

Worn lower suspension arm bushes (would be my favourite) replace whole arm not just bush, worn anti-roll bar bushes, worn/loose top strut.
