Peugeot 306 (1993 - 2001) - 99 1.4 central locking

99 1.4 central locking - dumbwelshman
i have a Peugeot 306 lx 1.4 petrol t-reg, my central locking ain't working it works if the engine is running but as soon as i turn the engine off it stops working
any suggestions would be great

do a forum search, but it's likely connected to the drivers door loom
