Citroen Saxo (1997 - 2003) - W reg, 1.4, key programming

W reg, 1.4, key programming - Andy_r
Is it possible to programme a new key without paying citroen to do it? I have found instructions to (re-)programme keys, but it does't make it clear whether it works for new keys.
