Ford Focus (1998 - 2004) - 2001 Removal of Rear Hatch

2001 Removal of Rear Hatch - HFM66
As some kind sole has left a nice large dent in the rear hatch of my wife's 3 door Focus (51 Reg), does anyone know how easy it is to remove the rear hatch to replace it with another one?
