Ford KA, KA2, KA3 (1996 - 2008) - 2005 1.3 - drivers seat jammed

2005 1.3 - drivers seat jammed - moaney
the drivers side seat wont release to let you in the back of the car. is this likely to be under the warrinty theres five months left. is it likely to be expensive to fix.thanx for any replys.

I cant see any reason why this wouldn't be covered by the warranty.

Unless something like a coin, stone, or other foreign body has gone and got trapped in the slide mechanism?
