Ford C-MAX (2003 - 2010) - Green Display always on

Hi all

Does anybody knows if it is normal that after i turn off my Ford C-Max and close the door the display with Kms stays green lighted on?

Should it turn off?

I just got my c-max.

It turns off a few minutes after you leave the car

Are you sure it is always on? My focus display goes off after about 10 to 15 minutes. One school of thought is that this "feature" is so that buisiness users can see their mileage after switching off.
