Renault Clio II (2001 - 2007) - 04 1.5 Timing belt cost

04 1.5 Timing belt cost - matty1968
I have a clio 1.5 dci. Whay is the average cost of changing the timing belts and I have been told to change the fan belt as well. Is this normal practice. Thank you for any replies. Mathew.
