Vauxhall Zafira A (1999 - 2005) - 03 2.0DTi won't start - error code P0340

03 2.0DTi won't start - error code P0340 - tony 30
I have a vauxhall zafira 2.0dti the car won't start it comes up with code p0340 which it says is crankshaft sensor can anybody help me with this

i would agree but this will be the third one i would of put on im wondering if there is another problem beneath this

well there you go then, it helps if you put all the relevant data in your posts to help others help you,is there anything else that you have done that might help narrow it down, do you have access to live data ?

i have used two vauxhall ones's ,is there anything linked to this that could be the problem sorry if i sound stupid but i'm not mechanicly minded.
