Renault Clio II (1998 - 2001) - 99 1.6 cuts out when revs drop

99 1.6 cuts out when revs drop - whitey_8449
when i start the car it struugles to start but when it does ifthe revs drop below 1000 the engine cuts out i have new plugs leads and coils so they are not the problem. any advice on what the problem is would be much appreciated thanks
