You won't go far wrong with Autoglym products (High Gloss?), but I'll assume you want a wax and not a polish as the paint is new. Maybe ask the bodyshop for their advice, or did you spray it yourself.

We've recently started rennovating. All new chrome. Leather "revitalised". Body resprayed, looking for the best wax to preserve the paint. All advice welcome

Look at paint sealants rather than waxes,there are some superb quality, very durable ones available.

Nanolex are a range of german sealants second to none.
