I've just bought a new Polo and was offered Diamond Brite int/ext protection by the dealer for £235. I didn't want to pay this but subsequently read that it's a good thing and works well, also reading that a d.i.y. kit's available.
Does any-one know from where, please? Many thanks.

Ask DD - he knows everything ;)

I use Autoglym Super Resin Polish topped off by two or three coats of Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection. Needs re-doing maybe twice a year, but the two bottles last about 4 years per car and cost a total of £20. Note of cautions: can only be applied on a bone dry day (or under cover) and Extra Gloss takes an hour per coat to dry.

I has Diamond Brite on a BMW. Decided Autoglym was just as good and about £210 cheaper:-)

You can go off people. Right, that's it - cheque cancelled.

You can get Diamond White at our local Threshers for about 17 quid a case.

HJ at al: Many thanks, I'll use Autoglym. Any suggestion about the interior, a la Scotchguard, or wouldn't you bother?
