Last week I had an MOT carried out on one of my cars. I was surprised to find the certificate is now printed on a plain piece of white paper. I'm concerned this makes a certificate relatively easy to.........................forge. :(
It's no longer a certificate-just a copy of what is on the DVLA computer.
The first place the police check is the DVLA computer - it' makes it more secure than the old paper certificate system.
